WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
ENTRY PANEL, ACCESS CONTROL
The system starts with a Video Doorman Safe Building entrance panel or connection to the existing telephone entry system, along with a camera, speaker, microphone and access control reader.
CENTRAL STATION LIVE OPERATORS
The signal travels over a high speed internet connection to a 24/7 UL certified Central Station. Operators are trained to handle video monitoring calls.
ENTRY/SURVEILLANCE
High resolution cameras and speakers/microphone allow Central Station operators to interact and monitor the entrance of the building and the lobby.
EMERGENCY PANIC BUTTONS
Emergency Hold-Up Panic Buttons are installed in the lobby for added tenant security and assistance. When pressed, our operator comes online, and can see, hear, and communicate. Our service extends to protect rental agents and lone workers using our monitored emergency buttons.
